Each project we work on has clearly defined roles throughout the project lifecycle. Each assigned team member is responsible for supporting the project within their role throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Treeview roles operate interoperable. Any team member within a given role should be able to step in and cover responsibilities of that role when needed. Team members should be able to switch and interchange within a role at any time throughout the lifecycle of a project.
To support interoperability, every team member is responsible for maintaining real-time documentation and supporting official handovers to other team members. Our documentation stack for each role may include: Linear, Notion, context.md, Looms, Figma, FigJams, Git, CICD Doc, Rollout doc, Change-logs and Google Drives. Knowledge transfer should not be person ↔ person. It should be Person ↔ Documentation ↔ Person.
