🦚 Work in the Open

Treeview is a remote-first team, which means we don’t have the depth of communication available to in-office teams.

Working in the open means having an open door policy of actively sharing what we’re working on, when we are working, progress and challenges using our remote communication stack. We power-use communication tools like Toggl, Slack updates, Slack availability and statuses, Notion, Linear, Figma and Git to keep everyone in the loop, informed and in sync of our progress.
